Dr (Aj) OM Panda (Retd) is a consultant psychiatrist with an M.D. in Psychiatry and over a decade of experience spanning military medicine, naval healthcare, and specialised psychiatric practice. His career reflects a deep commitment to evidence-based care, academic rigour, and the humane treatment of people navigating complex mental health challenges.

Having served as a Medical Officer in the Indian Army for nearly seven years before specialising in psychiatry, he brings a rare breadth of perspective—understanding both the physical and psychological dimensions of wellbeing. His residency at the Institute of Naval Medicine, INHS ASvini, Mumbai, sharpened his expertise in psycho-pharmacology, psychotherapy, and neuropsychiatric interventions across diverse patient populations.
